Our Quality Assurance team is dedicated to delivering products with the highest standards of safety, reliability, and quality.

That is why we practice quality assurance and food safety from top to bottom. Our Food Safety Plans use the HACCP model, SQF Requirements and GMPS to produce safe, quality, consistent chocolate and confectionery product for our customers. We consistently exceed FDA guidelines with our own quality control in food production standards and have received extensive food-handling certifications.

The HACCP plan is managed by a diverse team including Senior Management, QA, R&D, Production, Packaging, Supply, Warehouse and Maintenance to ensure that all potential hazards are identified, managed and controlled

The Prerequisite Programs at Compound Development Systems LLC.™ are reviewed regularly to support the HACCP System and maintain a robust continuous improvement initiative for food safety and quality

Extensive training on hazards and their controls is maintained throughout the year with the HACCP team as well as departmental team members
